Dear Ms. Nguyen, I remember you helped me find a room in on the almost fully booked island Phu Quoc. Sorry I reply you so late. It is also a bit late to wish you a happy new year with lots of health and good luck, but I do it anyway. I want to thank you again for finding us a room. When we arrived on Phu Quoc, we met a lot of people who didn't have a booking and had trouble finding a room, so I am glad we arranged everything in advance. As for Than Kieu resort, we stayed longer than we planned because we liked the island so much. The resort itself was ok. The rooms were big and quite clean. The location is excellent: a quiet spot on the beach, not too many people and close to the town. But, all in all, we found it a bit expensive. When we arrived, someone from the resort was supposed to pick us up, but there was noone there. I called the resort and we were told to take a taxi. This worked out well but I think it is a bit of an example of how the staff run the resort. We had the feeling they were quite uninterested in helping out the customers, almost indifferent. What bothers me is that I gave a few postcards to the manager with money for stamps and he was going to mail them. That was a month ago and none of our postcards have arrived. Which is a pitty. It wouldn't surprise me if he forgot all about it. Maybe they are still somewhere on his desk. But, that being said, we are very happy that we went to Phu Quoc and maybe we will go back in a few years. But we won't be staying at the same resort. As for your services, only positive comments! goods especially at Hoi An and Hue, Halong Bay trip
was exceptional, thanks ! We had also a wonderful
weather ! The guides were good and nice also even if
their french sometimes not so good.
